WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off with Adam Pearce in the ring to introduce Rhea Ripley.
Ripley was presented with the new Women’s World Championship belt and then Dominik Mysterio cut a brief promo before they were interrupted by Cody Rhodes. The belt caps off the changes made recently to the Women’s Championship held by Asuka and there are plans to unify the main roster Women’s Tag Team Titles and NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Rhodes was out to challenge Dominik Mysterio. Ripley accepted the challenge for Money In The Bank. During this segment, Rhodes was attacked by The Miz to set up a match for after the commercial break.
