WWE is slated to kick off the qualifying matches for this year’s Money in the Bank PLE, where there will be two ladder matches at the upcoming event, with one for the men and one for the women.
WWE previously confirmed the matches would start on this week’s Raw and SmackDown episodes.
For this week’s SmackDown, LA Knight will take on one-half of The Street Profits, Montez Ford, in the men’s match, while for the women’s side, Zelina Vega is slated to take on Lacey Evans.
Vega recently came up short in her SmackDown Women’s Championship bout against Rhea Ripley.
Insider account Boozer #BWE, which has broken past WWE stories, reported that The Miz will battle Ricochet while Bronson Reed is slated to take on Shinsuke Nakamura in Raw’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches on tonight’s show. The qualifying matches from Raw for the women’s match will happen next week.

The winners of these qualifying matches will meet in the ladder match at the Money in the Bank event scheduled for July 1, 2023, in London, England.
