It was announced tonight during WWE Friday Night SmackDown that Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are vacating the Women’s Tag Team Champions due to an injury that Morgan suffered last week and new champions will be crowned on the May 29th episode of Monday Night Raw.

The new champions will be crowned via a Fatal 4-Way match with Raquel Rodriguez included but she will have to find a new partner. The teams are Rodriguez and her partner, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baslzer, Bayley and IYO SKY, and the team Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville.

Morgan and Rodriguez were scheduled to defend the titles this past Monday on Raw but the match was scrapped due to the injury. Initially, it was believed that Morgan wouldn’t be out long but WWE indicated otherwise during SmackDown.
