A major star will be helping out with the AEW Collision brand behind the scenes.
Sean Ross Sapp at Fightful Select is reporting that Bryan Danielson will be helping out with creative for AEW Collision. Danielson has a great wrestling mind and he had previously helped out with WWE creative several years ago.
Tony Khan has the final say on everything but he does have a strong list of names who contribute behind-the-scenes such as The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Sonjay Dutt, QT Marshall, Pat Buck, Will Washington, and the producers backstage. Danielson would likely be seen as a welcome addition.
It was officially announced on Wednesday that Collision would start up on June 17. The belief is that CM Punk will be the face of that show but he wasn’t officially announced in the press release.
