WWE talent is allowed to stream on Twitch again.
Fightful Select reported today that a deal was reached between WWE and the video game platform for their talent to stream with “almost no restrictions.”
However, the report stated that WWE talent would need permission if they want to feature friends/talent from other companies and revenue will be split between the talent, WWE and Twitch.
In 2020, an edict was put out that banned talent from streaming on third-party platforms such as Twitch and Cameo. Zelina Vega was one of the talent to take issue with this as she was generating significant income from Twitch. She was released in November of that year but was re-hired several months later.
