While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that WWE CEO Nick Khan was in Los Angeles, meeting with some “heavy hitters” at the college football championship game on Monday instead of being at Raw, including The Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Iger and ESPN President Jimmy Pitaro.

Disney has been one of the many companies speculated to be a potential buyer.

“Nick Khan was in Los Angeles when I was in Los Angeles…[Nick] went to the football game Monday night. He wasn’t at Raw and met with heavy hitters because they went to the College Football Championship game [between TCU and Georgia at SoFi Stadium], Bob Iger, Jimmy Pitaro, so I guess those names will ring some bells.”
