In the headliner, Kazuchika Okada defeated Jay White to win the IWGP World Heavyweight title for a second time. After the match, Shingo Takagi came out and challenged him to a title match next month.

Former AEW World Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega defeated Will Ospreay to capture the IWGP United States Title.

Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI defeated AEW’s FTR to win the IWGP Tag Team Titles for the second time. FTR’s reign ended after 192 days, originally winning back the titles at Forbidden Door.
There were other title changes on the show: Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI defeated FTR to capture the IWGP Tag Team Titles, Zack Sabre Jr. became the first-ever New Japan World Television Champion, and Hiromu Takahashi became IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion once again.
As previously noted, Tama Tonga defeated Karl Anderson to win the NEVER Openweight Title. Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks) made her promotional debut. For more on that, click here.

Yuji Nagata, Satoshi Kojima, and Togi Makabe defeated Minoru Suzuki, Tiger Mask, and Tatsumi Fujinami in the Antonio Inoki Memorial six-man tag match.
Francesco Akira and TJP defeated Lio Rush and Yoh for the IWGP Jr. Hvt. Tag Team Titles.
Kairi defeated Tam Nakano to retain the IWGP Women’s Championship.
Yoshi-Hashi and Hirooki Goto defeated Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler to win the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles.
Tama Tonga defeated Karl Anderson to win the Never Openweight Championship.
Keiji Muto, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Shota Umino defeated Tetsuya Naito, Sanada, and Bushi.
Hiromu Takahashi defeated Master Wato, Taiji Ishimori, and El Desperado in a four-way to win the IWGP Jr. Hvt. Championship.
Kenny Omega defeated Will Ospreay to win the IWGP U.S. Championship.
