Tammy Sytch files motion to delay pre-trial hearing in DUI manslaughter case

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch may be waiting longer for the trial to start in her DUI manslaughter case.

According to court documents obtained by Pwinsider.com, the public defender representing her in the case filed a motion in Florida asking for her next-scheduled pre-trial hearing to be pushed back. The court has not yet ruled on the motion.

The pre-trial hearing was previously pushed back in August and October.

Sytch was arrested on May 6th, stemming from the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida.

The WWE Hall Of Famer faces charges of one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.
