Chris Jericho has been part of the pro wrestling world for over thirty years and has reinvented himself multiple times throughout his career. In 2019, Jericho took a chance on AEW before President Tony Khan got a television deal to put his product on TNT every week, now TBS.
Jericho is one of the biggest stars in AEW and someone who will jump up to defend Khan’s company. Since its launch, AEW has had its fair share of detractors. A fan took to Twitter by insulting AEW by calling it “amateur hour.”
Jericho blasted the fan in a way only he knew how when he wrote: “Hey Hazzyness…go f*** your a**.”
Jericho successfully retained the ROH World Championship overTomohiro Ishii on AEW Dynamite this week.
At AEW Full Gear, Jericho retained the ROH World Heavyweight Title over Bryan Danielson, Sammy Guevara, and Claudio Castagnoli.
