A week after her return to the company, WWE seems to be teasing a potential heel turn for Mia Yim.
During a backstage segment, Damage CTRL told Yim that she should think about joining them at Survivor Series. Yim said she didn’t have a problem with the women on the opposite team but the look on her face seemed to imply that she was at least thinking about it.
The segment ended with The OC showing up and asking if “everything’s cool.” At Survivor Series it will be Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka with two TBD partners taking on Damage CTRL, Nikki Cross, and one TBD partner. It looks like Yim could end up on either team. Since Yim is starting a feud with the heel Rhea Ripley, it seems like a babyface run is in the cards for her right now.
UPDATE: Later on in the show, Yim announced that she would join Belair, Bliss, and Asuka’s team.
