Earlier today, Matt hardy posted a clarification about his comments on the latest “Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” podcast.
Matt stated the following: “My comments from this week’s

have been misconstrued. I WAS NOT at All Out 2022. I DID NOT say I witnessed the events at All Out. I witnessed the entire process in real time over the months & stand by my comment that the Elite were not in the wrong.”
Matt’s wife Reby quote tweeted Matt and she is not being careful with her words at all. She tweeted, “Mine weren’t. Fuck CM Punk.”
Reby and Matt’s comments line up with what has been reported about the support that The Elite have. Punk reportedly has friends in the company but the majority of the locker room is said to have taken the side of The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega after the backstage fight and morale is reportedly great backstage now that Punk is gone.
