Major surprise planned for AEW Dynamite?

A tweet sent out by referee Bryce Remsburg has added fuel to the speculation that three major names are set to return tonight on AEW Dynamite.

Fightful Select reported earlier today that Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks are believed to be returning “imminently” at least in a backstage capacity, which means that the All Out backstage fight investigation is about to wrap up, if it hasn’t already.

A date is not confirmed for The Elite’s return to AEW TV but the tweet below makes it seem like we may see more than what is advertised for tonight. Remsburg tweeted, “Tonight we will all work together and make a professional wrestling television program featuring the following attractions. Maybe even some more that you don’t see here? You are invited to watch it. #AEWDynamite.” Scroll down on this page to see the tweet.

The Bucks and Omega have been home while AEW investigated the backstage fight after the All Out media scrum. According to several reports, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, and Kenny Omega walked in CM Punk’s dressing room with AEW’s Chief Legal Officer Megha Parekh. Punk then reportedly threw the first punch with Ace Steel getting involved.

Steel was reported released last week and the company is reportedly in talks about buying out the rest of Punk’s contract.
