WWE star officially moved back to NXT, tag team reunited

On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, Veer Mahaan appeared in a backstage segment and he is not officially off the main roster.

Veer appeared after Sanga was shown talking with Nathan Frazier about the final slot in the North American Title match that is scheduled for the Halloween Havoc show. The segment ended with Frazier leaving and Mahaan and Sanga staring at each other.

It appears that this will lead to them teaming up because they recently teamed up at an NXT house show. They previously teamed up in 2021 under the name Indus Sher.

The move back to NXT contradicts what Vince McMahon was doing with Mahaan. He was repackaged earlier this year as a monster heel that was running through his opponents. The push ended around the time when Triple H took over for McMahon as the head of creative.

Indus Sher first started teaming in 2018 with Malcolm Bivens as their manager. The team split up and Sanga was moved into a bodyguard role with Grayson Waller. Click here for complete WWE NXT results.
