Former WWE Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Champion Montez Ford is injured. The news was kept quiet until tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
The Usos, Solo Sikoa, and Sami Zayn bumped into The Street Profits during a backstage segment. Sami Zayn gave a “warning” to Ford and Angelo Dawkins to let them know that they would need to acknowledge Roman Reigns next week.
The camera showed that Ford was wearing a walking boot. It was not said how he sustained the injury. The last time Ford and Dawkins wrestled was on the 9/24 house show against Alpha Academy. That could be when he suffered the injury or it may have been something he’s been dealing with for a while. Whatever the case is, we wish him a speedy recovery. There is no word on the severity of the injury or how long he might be out of action.
