Another indication that Sasha Banks is returning to WWE happened when she was recently pulled from a celebrity flag football game with the Super Bowl defending champions, Los Angeles Rams.
Banks had been advertised on Wednesday under her real name, Mercedes Varnado, for the game scheduled for Friday as part of Team Donald. As seen below, the Rams recently advertised her, but she is no longer listed as part of the team. She’s also not listed on the other team.

WrestlingNews.co was the first to report that Banks and Naomi’s WWE return is imminent after they agreed to come back.
Last month, Banks and Naomi booked their first non-WWE appearances at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) on August 6 and 7 at McCormick Place in Chicago under their real names. The two stars are still advertised to appear, although that could change unless WWE agrees to let them honor the signings at the convention.
