WATCH: Tommaso Ciampa Failed To RKO Randy Orton Again

Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano are having fun on social media with Randy Orton, a callback in a similar way to that they did with Bobby Roode.

After returning to WWE television at Survivor Series after a long hiatus due to back surgery, Orton has consistently been used as a top star and paired with Kevin Owens. They’ve competed in matches as tag team partners and competitors. He returned to TV after a short absence on the Clash at the Castle go-home edition of SmackDown.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens vs. The Bloodline in a six-man tag team match has been booked at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Recently, Ciampa told Gargano that he would hit the former WWE Champion with his own finisher, RKO. In a previous video, he tried and failed to perform the move at ringside.

In the last clip, Ciampa tries to do it when Orton stands up at a table after eating, only to miss Ciampa landing on top of the table. Ciampa even referred to Orton’s “stupid, stupid, stupid” line, which he said during the infamous Raw match with Kofi Kingston over a decade ago.
