Giulia Announces Her Last Match In Japan Ahead Of Move To WWE

Giulia has been working for STARDOM founder Rossy Ogawa in his new promotion, Dream Star Fighting Marigold, due to her loyalty to Ogawa, who made her a big star in STARDOM before she went to WWE, but now it’s time for her new journey to begin.

For several months, WWE was said to be very interested in Giulia, and it was believed that she had some sort of offer from WWE. AEW was not in contention to sign her, as it was coming down to either joining WWE or staying with NJPW. She ultimately signed with WWE.

Stephanie Vaquer is also slated to start soon on WWE television after signing with the company earlier this month and working matches during the Mexico house show tour. Once Giulia is clear of her Japan commitments, she will head to the United States.

Following Giulia’s match on Tuesday, she announced that she has five matches left in Japan, with her last bout coming on August 19th before she moves on. It’s still unclear exactly when her WWE start date is or how WWE will bring her into storylines on NXT TV.
