WWE Women’s Champion Bayley vs. Nia Jax took place at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event from Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, OH on Saturday night.
Jax beat her down right out of the gate. Nia missed a leg drop off the apron and Bayley jumped off the staircase, where she rained down strikes. Back in the ring, Jax hit a front senton and a leg drop for 2. Bayley with her finisher for 2. Jax with the corner splashes for 2. Jax missed a spear and hit the ring post. Bayley caught her on the second rope and hit a powerbomb then an elbow drop off the top rope for 2. Tiffany Stratton ran out to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase. Bayley knocked her off the apron before Jax caught her with powerbombs and two sit down splashes in the corner for the win. Tiffany and Jax celebrated in the ring.
