MLW is continuing to find success in the pro wrestling landscape and is hours away from presenting its Summer of Beasts event in NYC.
The show will air live on MLW’s YouTube channel at 7:30 pm ET. The top bouts include MLW Tag Team Champion Satoshi Kojima & Okumura vs. CONTRA Unit’s Minoru Suzuki & Ikuro Kwon, MLW Featherweight Champion Janai Kai vs. HANAKO and Matt Riddle vs. Matthew Justice (with Bill Alfonso).
Also, there will be Opera Cup 2024 Quarter-Final matches with KENTA vs. AKIRA, Mistico vs. Atlantis Jr, and Tom Lawlor vs. Tournament Alternate TJP. More matches are also on tap for the show.
PWInsider.com reports former WWE star Paul London, who is also wrestling at the show, is now working for the promotion as a producer. London has worked for several promotions throughout his career, such as ROH, PWG, Lucha Underground, Impact Wrestling, and, of course, WWE.
He held the Cruiserweight and Tag Team Titles in WWE, where he worked from 2003-2008.
