REPORT: Odyssey Jones Likely Gone From WWE

All signs point to Odyssey Jones being gone from WWE.

Jones first signed with WWE in 2019, where he was placed in NXT. In April 2023, he was called up to the main roster. However, WWE held off on his official debut until August 2024.

This was when Jones was given a push by being aligned with The New Day. Triple H even publicly endorsed via social media. Many fans felt WWE was trying to have him replace Big E, who is out of action and may never wrestle after breaking his neck, in the faction. He hasn’t worked a match since August 19th.

On Monday, fans noticed that he had been removed from the WWE.com roster page, which usually indicates that a talent has left the company.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted he is “gone.” However, WWE has yet to officially confirm that he’s been replaced.

Meltzer said, “I’ve asked around and if it had been any kind of glitch or something, it would have been corrected or we would have heard it was a glitch.”

Bryan Alvarez noted, “No mention of him on a Raw.”

Meltzer added, “I’m relatively certain he’s done, but it has not been confirmed anywhere. I’ve heard a bunch of stories, but nothing that I would say is confirmed, but it looks like he’s no longer with the company. His angle is done, no mention on the show, no clips of like if he was injured or something. No acknowledgement of him at all. Kofi Kingston was on and there was no acknowledgement of what they’ve been doing. So, I mean he’s off. He’s gone. As far as the reasons why, I think that will probably come out or whatever it is.”
