The ongoing joke between the Riot Fest music festival in Chicago and CM Punk lives on.
The festival’s website lists “no CM Punk” among the prohibited items. This is an ongoing joke that both sides have fun with.
In the past, the festival has played up Punk being banned from attending. On social media, they have stated various things that he has done, who he came to see in the past, and him still being banned.
The top WWE star even plays into it, as seen below with this post on his Instagram stories:

Punk appeared this past week on WWE NXT, where it was revealed that when Ethan Page defends the NXT Title against Trick Williams on the October 1st episode of NXT on the CW Network premiere. Punk will be the special guest referee for the bout.
This comes before Punk steps inside Hell in a Cell to battle Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood.
