Jimmy Jacobs Is Gone From AEW

Jimmy Jacobs is no longer part of All Elite Wrestling

Jacobs became a producer for the promotion in June 2023 after working on WWE and TNA’s writing teams. In WWE, he was let go after posting a photo with himself and The Elite at a time when the wrestlers were filming BTE near where WWE was holding an event.

While in AEW, he worked a handful of matches for ROH, where he had previously wrestled. He hasn’t wrestled since a minute loss this past May with a loss to Satnam Singh.

Fightful first reported that Jacobs had resigned over the past week. The report stated that Jacobs had been burnt out as of late, at a time when AEW is looking at the change as a way to freshen up the writer’s room.
