Another WWE star has gone to Hollywood for a new project.
Chelsea Green is in her second stint with WWE. She is coming off a loss to Michin in a Dumpster Match that aired on the October 4th edition of SmackDown. In a post on Twitter, Green noted she is on the set of “Blue Ridge.”
The SmackDown star noted that she would be playing Shelby Hughes. The show’s first season aired earlier this year.
The synopsis notes, “It follows new sheriff, ex-Green Beret Justin Wise, as he and his two deputies start investigating a murder in a town at the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains.” The main stars of the show include Johnathon Schaech, Sarah Lancaster, Taegen Burns, A Martinez, Avianna Mynhier, Greg Perrow, and Tom Proctor.
Season 2 premieres in 2025 on Western Bound, formerly Cowboy Way channel.
