Brie and Nikki Bella’s mother, Kathy Colace, married John Laurinaitis in 2016. However, the couple have divorced.
This comes several months after the allegations in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis. Laurintitis’ employment with WWE ended in 2022 when he was fired.
Grant claimed in the lawsuit that Laurinaitis and Vince McMahon sexually assaulted her in Laurinaitis’ office. Grant also alleged that she was directed to visit Laurinaitis at his hotel room before work and “serve herself to him as his ‘breakfast.'”
Laurinaitis initially claimed that he was a victim of McMahon before he sided with the former WWE CEO in seeking to compel arbitration. The suit has been paused until December while federal prosecutors investigate the allegations.
While appearing on the Nikki & Brie Show with Brie, Kathy confirmed that she is now single before discussing how she handled the process and is not looking to get into a relationship right now. When exactly their divorce was finalized is unknown.
