WWE SmackDown And AEW Rampage See A Big Drop In Viewership Against Mike Tyson-Jake Paul Fight

TV viewership took a big hit last Friday because of the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight. Although, the fight didn’t happen until very late in the night, there were still a lot of people logged onto Netflix for the undercard.

Per Wrestlenomics, AEW Rampage drew 186,000 viewers with a 0.06 P18-49 rating. This makes it the second lowest P2+ and P18-14 rating in Rampage history.

WWE SmackDown drew 1,234,000 viewers with a 0.22 P18-49 rating. It was still the number 2 show on cable for the night in the coveted 18-49 demo. Netflix was the big winner with over 60 million households watching the main event and over 50 million households watching the Taylor-Serrano fight.
