Top WWE Star Is Legitimately Injured

WWE will be without one of its top stars for the next several months.

At a time when WWE is building towards the Survivor Series this Saturday, the company is also building to crown the inaugural WWE Women’s US Champion at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The absence of Jade Cargill has impacted both events.

Cargill was slated to work the Women’s WarGames match and be part of the tournament. Last Friday on SmackDown, WWE shot an angle where Cargill was laid out on top of a car. They didn’t say who did it, but rather the mystery attacker storyline is playing out.

Dave Metlzer is reporting that Cargill being written out of storylines was to cover for an actual injury. However, the severity of the injury isn’t known. What is known is that she will be out of action for at least three months, if not longer.

It’s unclear what WWE will do with the Women’s Tag Team Titles she and Bianca Belair hold together. We wish her a speedy recovery.
