The premiere episode of WWE Raw on Netflix will be held on January 6th at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. Roman Reigns, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and John Cena are among those advertised for the show.
WWE is expected to load up the show with big names and matches for the premiere episode. As previously reported by Dr. Chris Featherstone, who has broken past stories, WWE is planning to have CM Punk wrestle Seth Rollins on the show.
On a recent edition of a Backstage Pass Q&A, WrestleVotes noted that The Rock, who has been speculated to make an appearance, is believed to be scheduled for the show. He’s also heard WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels may make an appearance at the show.
“Well, I don’t know, are you counting Rock as a surprise? Are you counting John Cena as a surprise? They’ll both be there. I wouldn’t be surprised if Steve Austin showed up. I heard Shawn Michaels may make an appearance. Anybody that they have under a legends deal and is healthy enough to be in Los Angeles, I would expect to be there.”
