WWE Higher-Ups Say Jade Cargill Is Injured And Seeing Doctors For It

Jade Cargill’s status has been much speculated about among fans, with multiple reports coming out about it.  Everything started when WWE did an injury angle on SmackDown when a mystery attacker ambushed her. The original belief via Dave Meltzer was that Cargill would be out of action for a while due to a legitimate injury, with her absence to be at least three months, if not longer.

PWInsider.com later reported that they were told that Cargill isn’t injured and that the mystery attacker angle was used for a storyline. Meltzer followed up by stating that several versions are going around, including one that covers up a legitimate injury. He was told by one person that it seems like nobody, including her friends, knows what the injury actually is or why it happened, while WWE higher-ups claimed she was injured, and the stories denying it are false.

Bryan Alvarez has stated that, based on what he’s been told, he is sure that she is indeed injured, while Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported in a Q&A that Jade is on the WWE internal injury list.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that multiple people internally claim that “she’s injured, as is the angle, and others who weren’t sure later said she was injured while others say she isn’t.” Meltzer has also received and seen reports from people in the company who stated she is injured, while others say she isn’t.

Meltzer wrote, “Literally whatever it is, there are multiple people being told different things although those at the highest level are saying injured. I got a pretty detailed description from someone high on the food chain of what happened and they said that she is absolutely injured and seeing WWE doctors for it and other medical professionals for it. Nobody seems to understand why the other story of what they “know” is going around.”

We wish Cargill a speedy recovery.
