Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre took place at the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on Saturday night from Uniondale, New York, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
Sami got a hot start, landing various strikes before tossing him to the floor and hitting a split legged moonsault to the floor. Sami went for an outside dive, but caught and Drew tossed him over the announce table. We come back from break with McIntyre in action. Drew hit a powerbomb after a near fall for another one. Drew went for white noise off the middle rope, but Zayn countered with a sunsetflip powerbomb for 2. Drew went for the claymore, but Zayn countered with the blue thunder bomb. Zayn was tossed to the floor and when he got back into the ring, Drew hit the claymore kick for the win.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
