There Are Problems Between Jack Perry And The Young Bucks

The Young Bucks showed up at NJPW Strong Style Evolved on Sunday, attacking Hiromu Takahashi, Yota Tsuji, and Shingo Takagi while battling Jack Perry & Konosuke Takeshita following a match. Perry seemed surprised by their help.

The Bucks have been on hiatus from AEW since October, when they dropped the AEW Tag Team titles to Private Party in October. They returned to further promote their in-ring return to NJPW, where they promised to take the IWGP Tag Team titles at Wrestle Dynasty on January 5.

They meet Great-O-Khan and a tag team partner of his choosing to determine new IWGP Tag Team Champions at the show. Before going on hiatus, the Young Bucks were aligned with Perry on AEW TV.

As Perry was cutting a promo, Perry was interrupted by The Young Bucks. Perry voiced his frustration that he had gotten tied to a bus, lost his TNT Championship, and that they weren’t there to help him. The Bucks admitted that he was right and wanted to talk things off-camera before mentioning their return to NJPW.

The bus line Perry was referencing his feud with Daniel Garcia before he lost the TNT Title. In storyline, the Young Bucks brought Perry back from hiatus to television earlier this year.
