Booker T Returned To The Ring For A Match Against The Son Of Former WWE Star

Booker T returned to the ring for one more match against a noteworthy star on Saturday night.

He wrestled Zilla Fatu, Umaga’s son, at the ROW event. He confronted Zilla in December to set up the bout, where Fatu issued the challenge. Booker T went over in the contest. Former WWE and current TNA star AJ Francis, aka Top Dolla, got involved in the bout.

Zilla has been wrestling for the last two years, most notably at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling school. Many feel he could be the next in line to get a shot in WWE. Whether WWE is interested in signing Fatu is unclear, although RCW is a WWE ID school.

Fatu has stated in the past that he sees Booker T as a father-like figure for looking out for him and helping him when needed. This marks Booker T’s first match since the Royal Rumble last year and his first match in ROW since 2022. It was also his first singles match in six years.
