WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas is less than 3 months away but there’s already speculation online about the location for next year’s show.
It was reported today by WrestleVotes that WWE plans on hosting a WrestleMania press event on Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans. The event is said to be happening on Saturday, February 8th.
Last year, WWE held a press event in Las Vegas before it was officially announced that Vegas would be the host city for WrestleMania 41. The decision to do a press event in New Orleans has a lot to do with the Super Bowl being in the area but one has to wonder if the plan is to go back to New Orleans next year. New Orleans was the host city for WrestleMania 30 and 34.
In a similar fashion to last year, sources have confirmed to us that WWE will host a WrestleMania press event on Super Bowl weekend—Saturday, February 8th—in New Orleans, the host city for Super Bowl 59.
