Injured WWE Star Has Been Training At The Performance Center Ahead Of Return

WWE looks to be getting one of its injured stars back on television soon.

Ilja Dragunov has been out of action since last September when it was revealed that Dragunov had suffered a torn ACL during a live event. He was expected to be out of action for six to 9 months after building momentum on the main roster.

Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reports that Dragunov has been spotted at the WWE Performance Center training for his in-ring return. It should be noted that Dragunov was not at the PC for rehab. Instead, he was taking part in traditional training before his in-ring return.

The WWE star was said not to be wearing any support gear for his injury. The outlet has not received any immediate creative plans for Dragunov’s return.
