Tony Khan-WBD Rumor Killer

After months of talking, in 2024, AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery inked a multi-year multimedia rights deal for the rights to All Elite Wrestling programming. AEW pay-per-views will be available on Max later in 2025 at a discounted price per event.

A fake audio file making the rounds online claimed to be a private meeting between AEW CEO Tony Khan and WBD execs. PWInsider.com reports they were told it is AI-generated and not real.

For months, there has been no update on a third AEW program since Rampage was confirmed to be discounted. AEW had been shopping around Shockwave, with it rumored to land at FOX.
