JD McDonagh Suffered Broken Ribs And Punctured Lung During WWE Raw Match

JD McDonagh was injured in a match on WWE Raw as he suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung. He will be on the sidelines for the next few months.

“First off, thanks to everyone for the messages and the concern. I’m good. I’ve got a couple of broken ribs and a punctured lung, so I’m going to be out for a couple months. All things considered, it could have been a lot worse, so I’m grateful for that. See ya in a bit.”

This comes after Bryan Alvarez reported that McDonagh was taken to the hospital following his match against The Viking Raiders on Monday’s show.

Although he took a nasty bump on the floor where his neck bounced off the announce table, the injury was to his torso. He was working a World Tag Team title match alongside Dominik Mysterio, taking on champions The War Raiders.

The match continued with the champions going over to retain the titles. We wish him a speedy recovery.
