WWE is about to get back an injured star shortly, if not later this month.
Tyler Bate has been absent for months due to injury. He was most recently in action when he teamed with Pete Dunne to defeat Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) in the summer on an episode of NXT. In early July on WWE Monday Night Raw, Michael Cole noted on commentary that Bate was sidelined with an injury.
Bate later confirmed on social media that he tore his left pectoral major and tendon off the bone. He has been rehabbing ever since the surgery.
PWInsider.com reports that Bate was close to returning as he has “now been cleared to return to the ring and is expected back with the Raw brand anytime in the next few weeks.” One source said that the February 24th Raw has been circled as a potential target date.
