Cedric Alexander Teases Reunion With The Hurt Syndicate In AEW

Cedric Alexander was one of many who WWE released on Friday, including Elektra Lopez, Isla Dawn, AOP (Rezar and Akam), their manager Paul Ellering, and Blair Davenport. WWE didn’t renew Sonya Deville’s deal.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select previously reported that “AEW sources expected several within the Hurt Syndicate to push for him.” Since then, there have not been any updates on whether Tony Khan’s interest is in him.

Since The Hurt Syndicate has arrived in AEW, they’ve been given a big push. Alexander shared a photo of the group’s action figures from WWE. However, they’re all sporting AEW titles.
