Ric Flair: Charlotte Flair And Rhea Ripley Are The Two Best Wrestlers In The Business Today

Charlotte Flair made her in-ring return after being sidelined for over a year due to injury at the WWE Royal Rumble and won the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Now, Flair has secured a World Title match of her choosing at WrestleMania 41.

While appearing on Gabby AF, Flair praised his daughter and Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Flair noted he knew he would be emotional about seeing Charlotte’s return.

When asked what he said to hear after the match, Flair said that he told her, “’You’re too much.’ She is, I mean, it’s apples and oranges. She’s so much better. And that’s not to say the other girls aren’t good, but I mean, I think she and Rhea right now are the two best in the business. You know, not counting Sasha [Banks, aka Mercedes Mone]. I think she and Sasha are the two best in the business, but Sasha’s…but Rhea’s right there. The other girls are good, but, you know, I don’t…I think the difference with Ash is just how focused she is. It’s just…now it’s not about how much better she can get, but how much slack will they give her. Does that make sense? She’s in phenomenal shape.”
