Tom Pestock, formerly known as Baron Corbin in WWE and now known as Bishop Dyer, appeared on Busted Open Radio. During it, he discussed his WWE release and why he thinks he was cut.
Last month, Pestock appeared on an episode of Insight With Chris Van Vliet, where he shared his belief that a higher-up in WWE influenced his release from the company. He doubled down on that theory today.
“I don’t know why. Randy (Orton), we chatted a little bit, and I believe there’s one person that made this decision or influenced this decision, and that’s what put me in the position that I’m in now. I’m not going to let one person control me or my fate, my destiny. Karma will come back on whoever that person is. I’m not putting their name out because I don’t need that negative energy. I think I’m going to create some magic over the next year or two years.”
Corbin added that maybe in two years, WWE will ask him to come back, but if that day comes, he will insist on coming back as Bishop Dyer.
