Despite the ongoing storyline of The Bloodline, two signed WWE talents, Hikuleo and Lance Anoa’i, have yet to make an on-screen appearance.
Fightful Select reported their signings in 2024. Hikuleo, who last wrestled on June 9, 2024, where he lost the IWGP Tag Team Titles, has been on the WWE internal roster for several months.
Main roster creative sources have confirmed his signing but indicated that he was not included in initial creative plans. While an update on his status is pending, he remains listed internally within the company.
Last December, in an edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that “he is in the system. He’s not injured. At some point, he’ll debut, most likely in NXT. But he’s training.”
Regarding Anoa’i’s absence is attributed to an injury sustained shortly after signing. It is expected to keep him sidelined well into 2025.
