POTENTIAL SPOILER: Big WWE WrestleMania 41 Title Match Is In The Works

The WWE Intercontinental Championship picture is intensifying as WrestleMania 41 approaches, with a significant match set for today’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

General Manager Adam Pearce has announced a showdown between Penta and current champion Bron Breakker, a match initially speculated to take place at WrestleMania itself. This may be a building block towards WrestleMania.

According to information gathered a week prior, the working plan within WWE creative was to book a four-way Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania 41. This match would feature Bron Breakker defending his title against Penta, Finn Balor, and Dominik Mysterio. The build-up for this potential encounter has seen Breakker facing Balor, Penta directly challenging Breakker, and Mysterio attempting to recruit Penta into Judgment Day, while also showing an interest in the Intercontinental Championship during the Balor/Breakker match.

Keep in mind that plans change all of the time. WWE presents the WrestleMania 41 premium live event on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV.
