Ken Shamrock Has Been Discussed For 2025 WWE Hall Of Fame

Ken Shamrock could be going into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Shamrock’s transition into professional wrestling in 1997 saw him make an immediate impact in WWE, which was highlighted by his 1998 King of the Ring tournament victory, reigns with the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships. He also had notable feuds with top stars like The Rock, Steve Austin, and The Undertaker before he returned to his MMA roots in 1999.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported, “While not yet announced, Ken Shamrock’s name has been bandied about as well.” Shamrock previously spoke on Insight With Chris Van Vliet about what it would mean to him for an induction.

“Obviously any athlete that goes through a career and has made an impact wants to be recognized, and I do want to be recognized. But I don’t think of it until it’s brought up, right? It’s not something that I dwell on because I felt like everything that I’ve done in my life, I’ve been blessed to have been in those moments. What comes after that is just icing on the cake. And if that happens it’s going to be a true thrill. But like I said, it’s not something that I lose sleep over. I’ve really enjoyed my journey and very happy with the way my life has turned out.”

Triple H is slated to headline the class. The Natural Disasters Lex Luger and Michelle McCool will also be inducted.
