On Friday and Saturday, TNA Wrestling held its TV tapings in St. Joseph, Missouri. The episodes are slated to air on AXS TV in the coming weeks.
During it, Santino Marella made two significant announcements: first, he stripped Steph De Lander of the Digital Media Championship. Second, he revealed plans for a tournament to crown the inaugural TNA International Championship, set to take place at the TNA Unbreakable PPV in Las Vegas on April 17th. Friday
Singles Matches: Maggie Lee defeated Savannah Evans, Laredo Kid defeated Jason Hotch, Frankie Kazarian defeated Elijah, Eddie Edwards defeated Steve Maclin, and Leon Slater defeated Ryan Nemeth.
Tag Team Matches: Jordynne Grace & Jakara Jackson defeated Spitfire, and The Hardys retained the TNA Tag Team Championships against The Great Hands. The System also defeated The Rascalz.
Women’s Six-Person Tag: Tessa Blanchard, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx defeated Masha Slamovich, Xia Brookside, and Lei Ying Lee.
X-Division Drama: Ace Austin defeated Mustafa Ali via disqualification. Moose retained the X-Division Championship against Cody Deaner, who earned the title shot by lasting two minutes with Moose.
Storyline Developments: The System attacked Cody Deaner. Ethan Page made his return.
Saturday
Championship Changes and Announcements: Santino Marella stripped Steph De Lander of the Digital Media Championship. He also announced a tournament for the inaugural TNA International Championship at Unbreakable, with all matches being three-way contests.
Jacy Jayne defeated Rosemary, leading to a post-match attack by Fatal Influence. Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee made the save, prompting Santino Marella to announce a six-woman tag match for Rebellion.
KC Navarro defeated Cody Deaner to qualify for the Ultimate X match at Rebellion.
Elijah performed a song and announced the Walk with Elijah Open Challenge for Rebellion.
