John Cena Advertised For WWE’s October ‘Takeover’ Weekend In Perth

WWE has officially announced its return to Perth, Western Australia, this October for a three-night “takeover” event, highlighted by what is being advertised as John Cena’s final matches in the country.

A promo aired during WrestleMania confirmed the news, stating, “This October, John Cena lands in Perth for a full-scale WWE takeover. It all starts with SmackDown, ends with Raw. And in the center of it all, Cena takes the spotlight for one of WWE’s most massive nights in Perth. Three nights, one epic weekend. All at RAC Arena. WWE Takeover Perth this October.”

Michael Cole noted that a Premium Live Event, “soon to be announced,” will also take place during this Australian tour in addition to SmackDown and Raw at the RAC Arena.
