Brock Lesnar’s Son Duke Drafted To Medicine Hat Tigers In WHL

Duke Lesnar, the 14-year-old son of WWE megastar Brock Lesnar, is carving his own path in athletics, having been drafted into the prestigious Western Hockey League (WHL). The Medicine Hat Tigers selected the young prospect in the recent WHL Prospects Draft.

Duke Lesnar showcased significant potential this past season playing for the Notre Dame Hounds U15 Prep team in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL U15). He posted impressive numbers, tallying 13 goals and 28 points across 30 games played. His performance marks him as a player to watch ahead of his eligibility for the 2029 NHL Entry Draft.

Duke’s athletic achievement comes while his famous father, Brock Lesnar, remains on an extended hiatus from WWE. “The Beast Incarnate” hasn’t appeared on WWE programming since SummerSlam 2023 and was seemingly removed from creative plans in early 2024 following his name being peripherally linked to allegations surrounding Vince McMahon.

As of May 2025, Brock Lesnar’s status with WWE remains inactive and uncertain, with no confirmed timeline for a potential return. While the elder Lesnar’s wrestling future is paused, his son Duke is taking impressive strides toward a promising career in professional hockey.
