GUNTHER vs. Pat McAfee took place at the WWE Backlash 2025 Premium Live Event from the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Pat had moments where he shined before being cut off. GUNTHER beat him down for a few minutes. Michael Cole pleaded with GUNTHER to stop but GUNTHER dragged him into the ring. McAfee stopped him from doing anything to Cole. GUNTHER choked out McAfee for the win.
Winner: GUNTHER
