WWE Hall of Famer and AEW personality Jeff Jarrett has offered his predictions for two major matches expected at this Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view (May 25, 2025). Speaking on his “My World With Jeff Jarrett” podcast, he picked who he thinks will win in potential Owen Hart Foundation Tournament finals.
Regarding a potential clash between Will Ospreay and “Hangman” Adam Page, Jarrett favored Ospreay. “I just think in 2025 at this stage, my money is on Will Ospreay. I think he’s damn near unbeatable. He is a big money guy,” Jarrett stated, though he acknowledged Page as a “sentimental favorite,” especially with the event being in Texas.
For the women’s side, possibly seeing Mercedes Moné against Jamie Hayter, Jarrett also had a pick. “Then on the flip side, Mercedes, as long as she doesn’t overlook her opponent and she stays laser focused, you gotta go with Mercedes,” he said. Jarrett holds high hopes for both contests, adding, “I think we’re going to see two fantastic contests, and I’m going to be surprised if they’re not 1A and 1B match of the night.”
