Injured AEW Star To Be Sidelined Longer Than Expected

AEW star Juice Robinson was backstage at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view on Sunday, May 25, 2025, but his return to in-ring action may still be some time off.

Fightful Select reports that while Robinson was present at the event, they have “heard he’s further away from a return than originally anticipated.” Robinson has been out of action since late 2024.

He was announced as a participant in the 2024 AEW Continental Classic in November but was unfortunately “pulled from the tournament due to injury” on December 3, 2024, and replaced by Komander. His last televised match before being sidelined was a loss to MJF for the AEW World Championship on November 1, 2024, on Rampage.

The nature of his injury was reported at the time to be a lumbar spine issue requiring surgery. We wish him a speedy recovery.
