The show starts off with the Gauntlet Match: Ricky Saints vs The Vanity Project
Ricky Saints vs Brad Baylor
Saints gave Baylor a flying elbow in the corner, hit him with a Tornado DDT and pinned him.
Ricky Saints vs Ricky Smokes
Saints gave Smokes an Atomic Drop and pinned him with a roll-up.
Ricky Saints vs Jackson Drake
Saints got his knees up as Drake came off the top rope with a Swanton. Saints clotheslined Drake and gave him the Roshambo to pin the Evolve Champion.
Winner: Ricky Saints
By winning the Gauntlet match, Ricky Saints was able to choose the stipulation for his NXT North American Championship Match against Ethan Page at Great American Bash which will be a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
Charlie Dempsey vs Tavion Heights
Heights will be able to leave the No Quarter Catch Crew per the pre-match stipulation. Dempsey stomped Dempsey’s knee on the ring steps. He threw him back in the ring and continued working over the knee. Wren Sinclair threw in the towel after Dempsey caught Heights in the STF.
Winner: Charlie Dempsey
Backstage:
Jasper Troy attacked Je’Von Evans while he was trying to hype up Hank and Tank for their match later on tonight.
Joe Hendry & Mike Santana vs High Ryze (Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe) (w/ Wes Lee)
Wes Lee jumped on the ring apron to distract the referee. Trick Williams ran out and threw Hendry into the ring steps. Santana knocked Lee off the apron. Dupont went for a Stinger splash, but Santana moved out of the way, gave him a clothesline, and pinned him. After the match, High Ryze, Lee, and Williams attacked Hendry and Santana ending with Williams giving Hendry the Trick Shot.
Winners: Joe Hendry & Mike Santana
Dark State said they are going to see TNA again real soon following their appearance last week. They are also going to be taking a close look at the NXT Tag Title Match later tonight.
Oba Femi – Yoshiki Inamura confront each other
Inamura told Femi he is ready for his match against him at the Great American Bash. Femi told him he’s not qualified to take the title from him. Josh Briggs told Femi that “Inamura is a man of honor, but I’m not and he is going to beat your ass. I will do everything in my power to make sure he leaves as champion.” Femi warned Briggs this isn’t his fight. Briggs swung at Femi, but Femi punched Briggs and Inamura. Femi clotheslined Briggs over the top rope. Inamura slammed Femi before the referees came in to separate them.
Blake Monroe took Jordynne Grace to the spa. Grace reluctantly went, but later said she enjoyed it. Jordynne reminded Blake that they need to beat Fatal Influence at the Great American Bash followed by Jordynne beating Jacy Jayne at Evolution.
Kelani Jordan vs Lainey Reid
Jordan delivered several forearms to Reid as they were fighting each other on the turnbuckles which sent Reid to the canvas. Jordan followed it up with a split-legged moonsault to pin her. After the match Thea Hail attacked Reid and they fought to the back.
Winner: Kelani JordanÂ
Backstage:
As the doctor was checking on Je’Von Evans, Jasper Troy again jumped him until officials pulled Jordan off him.
Adriana Rizzo summons the D’Angelo FamilyÂ
Adriana Rizzo called a meeting with Tony D’Angelo, Stacks and Luca Crusifino. Rizzo said she talked to Ava and scheduled a triple threat match with them. All three of them believed they were being set up by each other.
In the ring:
Jasper Troy demanded Ava to include him in the NXT title match. Je’Von Evans ran to the ring and began brawling with Troy until officials separated them.
NXT Tag Team Title Match: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger (Champions) vs Shawn Spears & Niko Vance (w/ Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley)
Sol Ruka and Zaria attacked Izzi and Tatum and they fought to the back as the two teams brawled in the ring. As Hank and Tank were setting up Vance, Spears pushed Vance out of the way and took the double clothesline from them. Hank and Tank followed it up with the assisted powerslam on Spears and pinned him.
Winners and still NXT Tag Team Champions: Hank Walker & Tank Ledger
Ava announces the NXT participants for the Battle Royal at Evolution
Announced were Jaida Parker, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley. Fatal Influence came out. Jacy Jayne told Ava doesn’t need to talk about the Battle Royal and should only be talking about the NXT Women’s Championship. Jordynne Grace came out and said she will win the NXT Women’s Championship. Lash Legend came out and said she is going to win the Battle Royal. Stephanie Vaquer came out and said she will win the Battle Royal and told Jacy that Jordynne would win her championship. Natalya and Maxxine Dupri came out and said they will be crowned WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Jaida said she is going to win the Battle Royal. Giulia Ivy Nile, Lola Vice and Zelina Vega also came to ringside. A brawl erupted with all of the women to end the show.
