Steph De Lander on WWE Return: “It’s When I Go Back, Not If”

Despite her success on the independent circuit and in TNA, Steph De Lander has made it clear that her ultimate goal is to return to WWE. Speaking on the Wrestling Life with Ben Veal podcast, she explained her confident mindset and detailed her WWE “bucket list.”

“When I Go Back, Not If”

De Lander revealed that since her WWE release, she has made a conscious effort to speak her return into existence. “I don’t think I’ve ever said this publicly, but like, since I got released, I always made a point to say ‘when I go back to WWE,’ instead of ‘if I go back to WWE,'” she stated. “My dream goal eventually is still to go back to WWE.”

She explained her reasoning, saying, “To me, A, it’s holding myself accountable… But I also think there’s a level of like manifestation and presenting… if you believe you can do something, then you’re much more likely to achieve it.”

The WWE Bucket List

De Lander was specific about what she still wants to accomplish in her career, goals that can only be achieved in WWE. “I would like to wrestle in WrestleMania. I would like to hold a title,” she began. “There are a lot of things. I would like to be in 2K. I would like to have a Mattel figure. There are quite a few things that you cannot achieve unless you’re at WWE, and those are all still career goals of mine.”

She also revealed that a major long-term goal she set for herself years ago was to “be on Netflix,” something that has now become a very real possibility given WWE’s landmark deal with the streaming giant.

Steph De Lander is currently a featured member of the TNA wrestling roster. She is also very active on the independent circuit, where she often teams with her partner, Matt Cardona.
